Hello The Clerk is reponsible for scheduling Court and for receiving payments related to Court fines and fees, which must be done during the Clerk’s business hours noted on this webpage. The Court Clerk does not accept personal checks.

FAQ

Oops.... I received a ticket....now what?

• Plead Guilty as Charged - Fill out Section A of your ticket making sure you include your current address and return to the Court. A fine will be assessed and you will be sent a Fine Notice in the mail. You may pay by money order or cash.

• Plead Not Guilty - Fill out Section B of your ticket making sure you include your current address and return to the Court. You will have an opportunity to speak to the Assistant District Attorney for possible resolution of the case by mail. If not, you may appear before the Judge. A date will be assigned and the Court will notify you.

Court Office hours begin on Thursdays @ 4p.m and run only until the docket is completed. This schedule varies according to case load. The court can also be reached by phone at 585-657-7248.

Court is in session at 4:00pm every Thursday of each month. Those wishing to speak with the assistant District Attorney will need to be present on either the first or second Thursday of each month.
